I remember one particular occasion when, as is usually the case, I arrived wondering what on earth I could possibly get out of the meeting.   I hadn't done my homework or properly read the agenda that had been prepared but, after the session I was full of ideas and went back to the office eager to implement what I'd learnt.  Isabelle has a deep understanding of the preoccupations that a company can face as it develops and grows.  For each problem raised, Isabelle is able to clarify the real problem and explain why and how it occurs in language that is easy to understand.  By including us in the discussion we were able to relate the explication to real issues.  It wasn't just theory and jargon.  With the problem established Isabelle draws on her experience and knowledge to set out different ways that we could move forward, highlighting the advantages and pitfalls that might occur.  Everyone has time to present their point of view and the real test comes at the end when we are asked to review what we've learnt.  It's not always easy to pull yourself away from everyday activities but Isabelle gets right to the point to provide real benefit.»
